Our work

Selected mobile, AI & product work

Two decades of mobile product work, now applied to AI-first apps, agents, and product systems. Some work is confidential, so selected examples are anonymized.

Selected case studies

A few representative examples, some details anonymized for confidentiality.

Banking app through a corporate accelerator

Challenge: Move a new banking app idea from accelerator concept towards launch.

What we built: UI and product management support for a banking app built through a corporate accelerator.

Role: UI and product management support.

Outcome: The app launched to positive reviews from critics and users.

Operator self-care app, AI-first prototype

Challenge: Could the next version of a ~3M-customer mobile operator app become a platform, not just a rewrite?

What we built: A working prototype: native cross-platform shell over the existing backend, secure login, an AI assistant with live account tools, voice and multi-language, plus an Agent Gateway concept.

Role: Prototype design & build, AI-assisted (one senior engineer).

Outcome: Built in four days as an internal prototype sprint, a fast, contained way to validate product direction before committing to a full build. A prototype, not a production launch.

Automated login health check

Challenge: Catch login failures in a leading operator’s B2C and B2P Android apps before customers do.

What we built: An AI-assisted automated check covering eight login scenarios, monitored continuously in live operations.

Role: Concept & implementation, AI-assisted.

Outcome: Continuous monitoring of the critical login flows across both apps.

Mobile banking & payment app

Challenge: Make a banking, payment and wallet app people actually rate highly.

What we built: UX design, usability and marketing for mobile banking, payment and wallet apps.

Role: UX, usability & marketing.

Outcome: A fintech app that reached 4.8 / 4.7-star ratings on iOS and Android.

We have also built two start-ups and two grassroots communities from scratch: GenAI Wednesday and MobileMonday Germany. That experience shapes how we run fast, controlled product experiments inside larger organisations.

Mobile and telecom heritage

These projects shaped how we think about app adoption, customer self-care, billing flows, service platforms, and mobile go-to-market.

  • Operator self-care and service apps: Product concepts, customer journeys, and launch support for mobile operator apps and portals.
  • Mobile payments and commerce: Wallet, billing, charging, and partner-flow concepts for mobile-first services.
  • Mobile broadband and value-added services: Product, pricing, and rollout support for operator services.
  • Market entry and growth: Go-to-market, positioning, partner, and adoption work for mobile products.
  • Product and platform direction: Business cases, technical concepts, and roadmap support for mobile systems.

Today, we apply this experience to AI-first mobile apps, agents, and product systems. AI accelerates the work. Senior engineers still prove the architecture against the product's hardest constraints. See our mobile technology decisions and what we help deliver or start a project.
